SCIENTIFIC FOCUS AREAS Main focus areas are educational material, innovation, app-development, nutrition-technology, dietary assessments, development of dietary assessment methods, human randomized controlled trials (RCT), cross-sectional studies, vitamin D, children, immigrants, risk-benefit analysis of food and biomarkers. OTHER SCIENTIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SUPERVISION OF STUDENTS Advisory role for Danish authorities, member of Nordic Nutrition Recommendation 2022 (NNR2022) Committee, scientific evaluation of health claims for the Danish Food Administration, scientific evaluation of health claims in EFSA sub-group related to bone and dental health, participated in several ILSI expert groups, peer reviewer of the systematic review on Vitamin D for the new NNR, Supervisor of PhD, master and bachelor students. Title PhD thesis: Vitamin D status in adolescent girls, elderly women and immigrants.
