Campus Tours

Companies, organizations, and associations wishing to get an introduction to DTU or expand their knowledge of the university now have the opportunity to purchase a group tour with a personal guide.

We offer the tour ‘’Campus Development at DTU’’ which gives the participants insight in the history of DTU and the development at Lyngby campus through buildings that are newly built and renovated as part of the vision Transforming DTU. The tour will be performed by a DTU-student who studies on campus and therefore knows the buildings, and has anecdotes about much of the campus.

The tour around the campus is 1½ hours long.

Where and when?

The tour is at DTU Lyngby Campus and starts in building 101A (Main Building) at the DTU Meeting Center. It is possible to book a tour on weekdays in the time slot 9:00-17:00.The tour season falls within March-June and September-November (contact us for tours outside the season).

Price and Cancellation Policy

The price for a guided tour is 1,750 DKK (tax excl.) this is for a group of 15 participants. With larger groups, it is possible to pay double and split the group in two to ensure that everyone is able to hear the guide.

For cancellations until 3 weeks before the tour, the full price will be refunded (reduced by a 250 DKK administration fee). Cancellations until 2 weeks before the tour minus 50 % of the price. Cancellation on later dates won’t be refunded, however it is possible to change the date for the tour.

Booking

To book a guided tour send an email with the desired date and time for the tour to campustour@dtu.dk. Please note, that the tour is not fully booked and confirmed before payment is finalized. It is also possible to get a tour that fits your specific needs in regards to weekday, length and date outside of season.
