Under the Danish EU Presidency, DTU is hosting a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) conference at DTU Lyngby Campus. The conference focuses on how European universities can attract and retain top talent — and shape the future of research in Europe.

The conference focuses on how European universities can attract and retain top talent — and shape the future of research in Europe.
Through keynotes and panel discussions on topics such as the purpose-driven university, diversity, well-being, academic talent programmes, the role of supervisors, and cross-sectoral mobility, the conference aims to generate concrete recommendations for future MSCA programmes concerning motivation and working conditions for MSCA fellows.
The conference brings together early-career researchers, policymakers, university leaders, and industry representatives for dialogue on work culture, and cross-sectoral mobility.
