Intro Week Party

What is it?

The Master Welcome Party gathers new Master’s students from all over the world for an evening of music, food, activities, and unforgettable moments. Whether you are ready for the dance floor, excited to meet new people, or simply looking for a relaxed place to hang out, this night is created for you.

With different experiences throughout the evening, you decide how you want to celebrate. Explore new music, challenge someone to a game, share a meal, join an activity, or have great conversations with people you have just met.

Connect & Play (18:00–21:00)

Start the night by meeting students across programmes, countries, and buddy groups through fun and easy-going activities.

Join a Pub Quiz, try Musical Bingo, learn some new moves at our Salsa and Bachata workshops, or become part of the Intro Week Flashmob.

Prefer a slower pace? Grab a seat in the lounge areas, play games, visit our photo stations, leave your favorite Intro Week moments on the Board of Memories, or connect with new people during Social Dining.

From 21:00, Building 101 transforms into a campus-wide celebration with seven DJs and spaces for every kind of night:

• Demant Hall – The Main Stage
  International hits, EDM anthems, pop throwbacks, and the songs everyone knows.
• S-Huset – The Latin Stage
  Reggaeton, dembow, baile funk, and global rhythms bringing energy from around the world.
• Læsesalen – The Chill Space
  Take a break, relax on the sofas, play foosball or table tennis, and enjoy a more laid-back atmosphere.
• The Canteen – Games & Talk Lounge
  A calm space for board games, conversations, and meeting people at your own pace.
• Studentertorvet – Street Food Area
  Step outside, enjoy delicious street food, and recharge before heading back into the celebration.
