Handling of your personal information in DTU's Study Guidance
When writing to or calling the Study Guidance Office, you often have to provide personal information about yourself.
The Study Guidance Office complies with DTU’s privacy policy.
Moreover, the Study Guidance Office is subject to a duty of confidentiality. That means that we do not pass on your personal information unless you have consented to it or unless we are absolutely certain that disclosing the information will not harm you.
The only situation in which the Study Guidance Office may pass on personal information without consent is if a person seriously threatens to commit a crime – or reports that such a crime has been or will be committed – which may endanger an individual’s physical safety.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the Study Guidance Office's handling of personal information, you are, of course, always welcome to contact us.
