New understanding of dynamics of turbulence

Researchers at DTU have developed new theoretical knowledge that contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of turbulence. Initially, this has been done with three new insights into the mathematics behind turbulence.

Facts

Clara Velte has previously received an ERC starting grant and a grant from the Poul Due Jensen Foundation (PDJF Turbulence Centre of Excellence).

With the new grant from the Poul Due Jensen Foundation, it will be possible to continue the work of developing the understanding of turbulence over the next two and a half years.
