Do you need to talk with the Study Guidance?
If you need to talk to the Study Guidance, you can always use our drop-in guidance or call us during our opening hours.
We always have several study advisors ready to help you during opening hours, so we do everything possible to ensure the waiting time is not too long.
We always have time to help you with the issues you are facing in your study life.
If it turns out that you need a longer appointment, we'll work together to make a plan for getting the guidance you need. For example, you may need us to schedule a time when you can come to a new appointment, or you need to be referred to others who can help you.
You are also welcome to contact us by email. We reply to emails in the order in which we have received them. Therefore, if you have an urgent matter, it is always the fastest to call us or use our drop-in guidance.
The Study Guidance is closed from 21 December to 6 January due to the Christmas Holiday.
