Impact in Many Ways – CoARA at DTU

DTU’s research and innovation should contribute to a stronger, more sustainable and democratic Europe and benefit as many people as possible. That is why DTU is developing a modern, internationally oriented research culture in which excellence and societal impact go hand in hand.

Building on the CoARA principles, the Impact in many ways – CoARA at DTU programme is developing the framework for a transparent, inclusive and future-proof approach to research assessment and researcher development.

DTU aims to strengthen a modern and globally oriented research culture that creates better opportunities for researchers’ professional development and international mobility, supports the departments’ strategic priorities and maintains DTU’s position as a world-class university.

Five sub-projects

The programme’s five sub-projects translate the CoARA principles into practice across DTU. Together, they are developing and implementing the structures and practices needed to make more holistic assessment and recognition criteria an integral part of DTU’s research culture.
