Cancellation policy

For continuing educational courses over 2 days:

• Cancellation 14 days before the start of the course 0% of the fee is charged.
• Cancellation after 14 days before the start of the course 50% of the fee is charged.
• Cancellation the day before or after the start of the course 100% of the fee is charged.

For workshops and short continuing educational courses for 2 days or less:

• Cancellation 14 days before the start of the course 0% of the fee is charged.
• Cancellation after 14 days before the start of the course 100% of the fee is charged.

We reserve the right to cancel if there are too few registrations.
