How to pay application fees

If you are a non-EU/EEA citizen, you are required to pay a 100 EUR application fee before your application is processed. Some non-EU/EEA citizens are exempt from paying application fees. Please note that the application fee is not refundable.

Application submission, journal number and payment of application fees

The steps below should be followed:

  • Submit your online application.
  • Upon successful submission, you will receive an automatically generated acknowledgment mail and your 7 digit journal number will be mentioned just below the date.
  • Pay the application fees and mention your Journal number/ full name at the time of payment. Upon successful payment, you will receive an acknowledgement confirmation from DTU Webshop. Retain receipt of confirmation.
  • A caseworker from DTU will contact you and re-open your application, so that you can upload the receipt confirming payment of the application fees.

When DTU registers your application fee payment, your application will be processed.

Please note that your application will not be processed until the application fee payment has been registered at DTU.
