Cabin trip
The cabin trip is a cherished tradition designed to help new students connect and build lasting friendships early in their studies. Taking place over a weekend during the first semester, the trip is filled with a mix of social and academic activities organized by the vectors and KABS.
The trip is organized by the General Engineering student council. You can find more information about the student council on PF’s website.
The trip begins on Friday afternoon, September 26, with buses departing directly from DTU to the cabin locations. Students return to campus on Sunday afternoon, September 28.
Participation requires a small fee to cover accommodation, meals, and transportation. This fee is paid when registration opens a few weeks before the trip. Due to limited cabin capacity, spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — so be sure to sign up early!
